Santa in a rich red base coat with an incredible amount of detail work and shading of leaves, flowers, snowflakes and trim. Carved from European linden wood. Hand painted and signed by the artist Tatiana Makarova. The finish is lacquer glazed to protect the paints. This Grandfather Frost is hand carved and hand painted in Russia. Stands approx. 7.5" tall.
