Product Overview
This is a pair of antique Russian silver napkin rings with niello. The interiors of the napkin rings are gold gilt. The niello work on the front of each napkin ring is a scene of the Bell Tower inside the Moscow Kremlin. The napkin rings measure approximately 1.9" in diameter and 1.25" wide. The scene is of Ivan's Bell Tower inside the walls of the Moscow Kremlin. The back side of each piece has decorative scrollwork and the etched monogram "B" (V if Cyrillic). Each piece is marked with the year of production "1871", however other maker's marks are no longer clear enough to read.
