This woolly mammoth ivory airplane is a beautiful example of mammoth ivory carving from Magadan, Russia. This is a copy of WWI biplane. Approx. 5"L x 5.75"W x 2.5"H.
Siberia and the Russian Far North have perhaps the worlds greatest supply of mammoth ivory (dating from 10,000 to over 30,000 years old) almost perfectly preserved in the permafrost.
