This beautiful lacquer miniature is a creation of the outstanding Palekh artist Yevgenii Krasnov. Painting is very much detailed and the gold details are amazing! Yevgenii has his own unique style of painting and it is very recognizable.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. The sides of this lacquer miniature are decorated with rich gold ornamentation.The interior of the work is covered with red lacquer, the exterior is covered in black color.
