This is a beautifully carved and painted Grandfather Frost. Rich red base coat with an incredible amount of detail work and covered with flowers, leaves and snowflakes. This great Santa holds a toy bag in one hand and a staff in the other. He is a very happy Santa with friendly blue eyes and extremely well done in every aspect. This Russian Santa is completely hand carved from solid linden. Unique, hand-crafted Santa is a one of a kind work of art. Approx. 8" tall.
