An antique Russian "Turnip" shaped samovar produced circa 1890-1900. Maker's marks on the lid of this samovar are for the Teille and Sons workshop in Tula, Russia. Two seals on the lid refer to medals received by the manufacturer in exhibitions in Asia and Moscow. The samovar is of traditional brass construction with wooden handles and knobs. This samovar measures approximately 19" tall (48cm tall).
